Performance Programs

In this day and age, staying ahead of the competition is never easy. For some local athletes, weight lifting and agility training may not be enough. Memorial SportsCare at ALMH offers an 18-session Performance Plus Program for athletes ready to get a step ahead of the competition.

Participants of the program will work with a certified performance enhancement specialist to improve power, agility, speed and endurance. Training is done under the supervision of SportsCare professionals in order to decrease the possibility of injury and ensure results.

Your Performance Plus Program will be customized to your current fitness level, your sport and your personal goals. Each week, the program is adjusted to your progress. The athletic trainer will use specialized equipment including the Vertimax, Proprio and agility ladder to assess and improve your individual performance. 

Program Specifics

Six-week program - three times per week for a total of 18 sessions.

The first session will be spent assessing your agility, vertical jump height and power. We use cutting-edge performance assessment techniques and sport-specific program design.

A customized program of strength training and agility exercises are developed to strengthen and improve your performance. This program uses scientifically valid, evidence-based applications that can help to achieve remarkable results.

Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes. Group sessions are available if you would like to work with team members.

Target Audience

All athletes, from a weekend warrior, occasional golfer, serious athlete in training or one who values an active and healthy lifestyle, can benefit from the program.

Ages 13 and up.


$125 for the six-week program and is generally not covered by insurance companies.
