By age 70, the average person will have walked the equivalent of four times around the planet. Most of us do not consider the stresses we place on our feet and legs, until we experience the pain that limits our ability to get around. Foot, ankle, and lower leg pain is not normal and isn’t something you should have to live with. Podiatrists can help to relieve the pain and stress in these areas.
