Alternative means include telephonic or electronic means as identified on your physical statement. ALMH's online bill pay provides you with tools to make the billing process more manageable and user-friendly.
By creating a patient portal online account, you will gain online access to a simple, up-to-date summary of your account, useful resources that answer your billing questions, and an easy way to conveniently view, manage, and pay your bill online. You will also be able to manage your healthcare information.
To sign up for the new patient portal, please visit the Patient Resource Office in the lobby of our hospital Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. You may also contact our Health Information Department at 217-605-5570 if you are in need of a password reset.
You will be asked to provide a photo identification and an e-mail address. It is important that you come to the hospital and show your ID to set up an account because your medical records will be tied to your billing. As soon as you provide us this information, an email will be sent to you that will take you through a simple, five-minute process to set up your patient portal account.

Quick Pay allows you to easily make a payment without signing up. All you need is your statement to make a payment.
