The ALMH Wellness Trail is a gift to our community from the ALMH Foundation. As we continue our efforts to inspire a culture of health in Logan and eastern Mason County, the ALMH Wellness Trail provides a beautiful and safe place for our community to walk, cycle or run. A walk around the trail allows for a 360 degree view of our pond.
The trail is open from dawn until desk, year round. One loop around the trail measures .88 miles from its beginning point near the ALMH Woods Café patio.
The trail is also an extension of the healing gardens at ALMH and offers a place for respite and contemplation. Guests are welcome to a moment of quiet and relaxation at the “Healthy Outlook” pergola area which provides the best view of the pond’s fountain.
