Mission Ready

The new Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital is Mission Ready.

The new hospital was designed around three main themes: patient safety, quality and convenience. A two-story design allows ALMH to better care for the growing number of outpatients by serving them on the ground level.

Patient rooms have more privacy and a family-friendly design to encourage loved ones to stay with the patient as much as they would like. The Emergency Department has twice as much space with all private rooms. The Rehabilitation Department features a warm-water therapy pool, more private treatment rooms and a larger gym with a walking track. A fixed MRI is available daily in the diagnostic center.

This new, modern facility is designed to operate more efficiently and to make access easier for patients. It will also accommodate future growth. While the new building is considerably different, our mission remains the same - to improve the health of the people and communities we serve.
